The iterates of the argument of the Riemann zeta-function

One of the interesting objects in number theory is the argument of the Riemann zeta-function. Useful information on the qualitative and quantitative behavior of the argument is encoded in its iterates. Using some techniques in Fourier analysis, we will show some uniform bounds and extreme values of these objects.
