Given a sequence $X_i $ of closed n-dimensional Riemannian manifolds of Ricci curvature bounded below and diameter bounded above, one can always find a convergent subsequence (in the Gromov-Hausdorff sense).
We study the relationship between the topology of the spaces $X_i $ and the geometry and topology of the limit space.
