We want to welcome new IMPRS students, who will give a short lecture about their mathematical interests, and hear from some experienced students about their thesis projects.

Then some long term scientists at MPIM will briefly spell out their research directions, with the aim of letting you know who you can ask for help (in the house) if you run into a related question.

As usual, this event is open to everybody at MPIM but may be most interesting for our postdoctoral fellows.
