Defining intersection theory on stacks

Using the machinery of both the summer and the fall parts of this reading group, I will define intersection theory
on (Deligne-Mumford) stacks, using Vistoli's paper. I will commence by developing structural properties of stacks, such as
the degree of a morphism. Furthermore, I will define a weak notion of moduli space for DM stacks, and go on to define
intersection theory on stacks and prove naturality properties.
