Equivalence relations of quadratic forms, mainly in characteristic two

In the talk, we will first give a quick introduction into the algebraic theory of quadratic forms, with a special focus on the characteristic two case. After that, we define some equivalence
relations on quadratic forms: similarity, birational equivalence, stable birational equivalence and motivic/Vishik equivalence. We try to compare these equivalences. For example, it is easy to see that if two quadratic forms are similar, then they are also birationally, stably birationally
and motivically/Vishik equivalent. However, the other relations are not so clear.
