Short introductory talks.
In this talk we will explore a certain equivariant technique, and how it may be used to perform calculations in geometry (e.g. symplectic geometry) by extending known results for homotopy quotients to ``twisted" homotopy quotients (e.g. regular equivariant moduli spaces).
