Equivariant quantum cohomology and Yang-Baxter algebras

We uncover new symmetries in the quantum equivariant cohomology of Grassmannian coming
from a special type of an integrable system, the six vertex model. These will be compared to
the know symmetries like affine Nil Hecke algebra module structure and loop group module
structure. This work is complimentary to the recently discovered by Nekrasov and Shatashvilli
connection between the equivariant quantum cohomology of the Nakajima varieties and the
integrable quantum systems of the spin chain type.
