New applications of heat kernel estimate to the Ricci flow

We show that in various situations that for a noncollapsing sequence of manifolds, a limit Ricci flow can be defined coming out of the singular object. We give various applications realting to almost nonnegativity conditions. This is on joint work with Bamler and Cabezas Rivas.
