This talk will recast the tt-classification problem through the lens of tt-geometry. In particular, we will explore the existence of a topological space—the Balmer spectrum—of a tensor-triangulated category, which classifies the tt-ideals through a universal support theory. We will go on to explore how this tt-geometry formalism can lead to powerful results in examples of interest.
