Mathematics and AI: First meeting

First Topic: How has AI been useful, harmful, or surprising in your mathematical work, daily activities, or life?
To open the series, our hope is to collect many members of the community to volunteer and give 3–5 minute short stories about a personal experience with, emotional reaction to, or prediction for AI. The goal is to map out our collective perspectives, interests, and concerns to guide future sessions. To help us gauge interest and allocate time, if you would like to share a brief story, please let us know at (halleckdube@mpim-bonn.mpg.de)---though impromptu volunteers will also be welcome, time-permitting.

Call for speakers/discussion leaders: The schedule for future topics will be shaped by the interests of the participants. Please see the attached document for further details about the seminar series, and reach out to the organizers at (halleckdube@mpim-bonn.mpg.de) if you would like to speak or lead the discussion on a particular topic in a future week.
