This lecture is based on joint work with Stefan Haller.
I will provide a new treatment of  (topological)  " Monodromy"  with implications  on the calculations of its invariants, the "Jordan cells".

The treatment is based  on the linear algebra of "Linear Relations" . The maximal generality for the theory is obtained using the topology of compact Hilbert cube manifolds.

The approach is "computer friendly"  leading to effective implementable algorithms for the calculation of the Jordan blocks and, as a consequence, of  topological invariants like Novikov Betti numbers, Alexander Polynomials, (some) Milnor-Turaev torsions  etc.
