A microlocal category associated to a symplectic manifold

For a symplectic manifold satisfying certain topological requirements, we construct an
infinity category enrriched over infinity local systems of modules over the Novikov ring.
Hopefully this could be viewed as the De Rham side of the category recently constructed
by Dima Tamarkin.
