Program and Abstracts of ONLINE Reading group: DT invariants, stability conditions and geometry

We will start an online reading group on DT invariants, stability conditions and geometry, to take place on
Fridays 10-11.30am. The first talk is background and will take place on Friday 10 (this week).

Next weeks we will come to stability conditions, to DT theory via the review of Bridgeland (https://claymath.org/sites/default/files/bridgeland.pdf) and the more advanced lectures of Kontsevich-Soibelman (https://www.math.ksu.edu/~soibel/Berkeley-2010-2.pdf), and study the paper of Bridgeland-Smith (http://www.tom-bridgeland.staff.shef.ac.uk/publications/pub18.pdf) showing that spaces of meromorphic quadratic differentials on Riemann surfaces can be identified with spaces of stability conditions of certain CY3 categories defined from triangulations of surfaces.
